About us
Bioethics and Law, is a company in Colombia established in 2020, which arose with the need to advise our clients from a legal and bioethical point of view in matters of surrogacy.
Our company has handled a total of 83 cases to date in surrogacy processes, which has given us the experience to make dreams come true.
The mission of our organization is to provide legal and bioethical support to prospective fathers and surrogate mothers interested in surrogacy. We are committed to carrying out a humane, safe and respectful process, considering legal, bioethical and emotional aspects. We work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with high ethical and human rights standards in all phases of the procedure, with the main objective of guaranteeing safe, reliable and responsible performance that meets the highest ethical and legal standards.
